USAG Rule Update - Vocals and Xcel Time Limits

BREAKING NEWS: Vocals will still be allowed by USAG GOING FORWARD!

USAG rescinded the proposed rule banning vocals in floor music. Human voice will still be allowed (yay!).

EXCEL TIME UPDATES:

Effective August 1, 2026, USAG will modify the floor routine time limit for the following Divisions: Silver: 0:45 seconds  -  Platinum: 1 minute 15 seconds
